I am interested in properties from Panama City through Pensacola but I am trying to stay close to home (FWB, Niceville, and Destin), as I learn the ropes of this business. 

There are many wineries, ok for adults, but not a kid destination.

I quickly rose up in my company, but there was a gnawing sensation that I was destined for more.

Walton/Destin that do this for a low flat fee: dispatch the cleaning crews, inspect the property monthly, call or meet the technicians if something breaks, replace the toaster or smoke detector batteries when the guests call about that or reset the door codes manually if something goes wrong  with the software (it happens).

A vacation rental is easy to remotely self manage so don't limit yourself to an area that isn't a vacation destination.
