Home doesn't have to be in terrible shape to have meat on the bone....and never ever let a deal die if you want it.

IN Chicago and Cook County the rules are different than the rest of the state.

If the vacant unit is remodeled, then I don't actually know what the occupied unit looks like/what condition it is in.To me, at a minimum if I can't see the unit, I should at least be able to see pictures for both units.

The hard part is finding that deal with the meat on the bone for you, and the buyer.
