Looking for CPA and real estate agent in rental properties

I am an Investor looking for the best CPA and a great real estate agent specialized in rental properties. I live in Chicago and working in south WI so both locations work for me to meet with them.  My primary area of interest is north Chicago and north Milwaukee unless they convince me to steer another way.  Want to learn from your experience ( good and bad ones ).
