@George Lods:Usually depending on the entity type and where it is incorporated, there might be specific language in the statute that describes how to go about any 'loans' from or to members or officers of the entity including any documentation or other requirements necessary.

Regarding "subject to" deals, I want to incorporate this strategy into my arsenal.

This allows the small, attached "dining area" to fit a small/medium table w/ 4 chairs, instead of having a large, awkward fridge over there, and eating at the coffee table in the living room..

Big Bear Lake is incorporate and is a city with their own permit requirements and the rest of the mountain is unincorporate therefore falling under San Bernardino County requirements.

Another question is on LLC, I am in California and if I buy out of state property in Texas, Iowa, etc, which state do investors generally incorporate their LLC. 

We will also incorporate speakers with experience in this market, such as lenders, insurance agents, tax consultants and more!

I'm not sure if it's standard practice, but it would be nice to get a quote from a GC that already incorporates and engineers opinion.

I know you said they are new units so a baseline would be impossible but after a year you would have a good idea of cost that you could incorporate in your rental fee.
