When I did that kind of thing, I would first get a list of the neighborhood's Owner Occupied vs Rentals so I wasn't wasting time with the wrong houses.

Its worth the few minutes it will take to pull out your policy and see what kind of coverage you have for building ordinance of law. 

The problem is there isn't much multifamily properties in these areas (probably because they are kind of outside the city).
