I want to know this too because it is something I'm curious about to, expecially since professional tenets who know the system often force landlords into bankruptcy due to not paying rent and trashing/not respecting the landlords property...

I don't mean what do I read or research at this point, something actionable that won't result in guaranteed bankruptcy. 

If I'm running an individual people search for "John Doe" looking up his full name, SSN, relatives, bankruptcies, judgements, liens, etc., how much could I potentially be looking at in terms of total costs?

He is planning to file bankruptcy because of the buildup of debts.

(some backstory: my wife and I have a chapter 7 bankruptcy on our credit report from Dec. 2018 (discharge date)) We cannot get traditional financing due to BK. 

When I pointed out that the facility was worth $350k at best, he told me it would take $968,000 to clear his debts, other wise he’d have to declare bankruptcy.

On the off chance that the guy, with all the free YouTube videos, trying to 3 step sale you and every other wanna be into maxing your credit cards for a $30,000 mentorship is actually something more than a professional “pitch man”, that he was actually successful doing what he’s selling (ignore his personal bankruptcy; that was back when he was “like you are now”, I.e. before he perfected his system), and that he’s not totally blinded by greed, he just wants to “give back” to the real estate community he so loves and cherishes.
