There is a lot of messaging, but even that is somewhat automated.

LOLMind you, I automated everything: Keyless Entry with Z-Wave system, Thermostat, Cameras, etc.

Even if it were automated, like an email any time there's an update posted to your properties by either PM or tenant would nice.

No one is paying good interest rates on short term deposits (savings, CDs, money market, etc.) because the fed will loan them money for next to nothing and the same thing goes for debt instruments (bonds, notes, preferred issues).

Maybe she can comment further on the automation of those transactions.
