Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

I just am scared from working at a PM place and seeing the quality they give to tenants.

Again, this is not an attack on you, at all, nor your motives or what you are specifically loking for.For the rest of us, we want easy to convert, motivated leads, both qualtity and quality.

You have to have a quality explanation such as change of life circumstances, etc to explain why.

My investor is looking for a solid, dependable and quality PM, to manage a couple of units on the north side (Rogers Park).

Fully rehabbing the upstairs kitchen, bathroom, and living rooms with medium-to-high-end furnishings (to fit the area and future tenants), and basement will have smaller quality-of-life improvements.

It's better to have a property vacant or charge less than market to attract a high quality tenant then to get someone in fast.
