I started investing there 2 years ago and quite like it.the city and the established neighborhoods on the high end were far more upscale and grand than what I imagined before I went there.the only thing I don't like about it.. is the airport has to be one of the worst in the country  LOL.. and a lot of the mid west airports have been made over or are new..

As long it is A or B class properties, it is very easy to find good management, evictions are relatively easy to do, it has an extremely broad economy (RTP has tons of large companies), has a light rail system in the works, and the main airport now has a couple direct international flights as well.

I am very carefully looking at where in killeen i buy, i live on the south side, a little ways from the airport, and that seems to be a pretty decent market with rent prices i could work with if i can get a good APR.

You may also check the zoning around this site, to see if there is any adjacent sites with MF zoning already in place, that can be logic potentially for you to change your zoning.
