Some easy DIY to use in your landscaping plan: Applying the best organic weed/feed treatment for your area during this spring season to encourage a lush lawn, mow every 10-21 days (depending on rainfall and growth rate), use an edger along the hard surfaces of your lawn (along the driveways, sidewalks, porches, etc. which gives your lawn a more defined look), trim hedges and trim limbs back from property (discourages insects and birds from trying to find entries into the property), replace and put down fresh mulch/pinestraw around trees, flower beds, bushes, and shrubs.Please let me know if that helps.Best to you!

Choose your vendors well and keep in mind your ROI (return on investment) and Cost-Risk tolerance.Look into the mold issue yourself... most of the time mold issues reported by tenants are just surface mold that can be easily cleaned.

Many commercial policies have "flood" coverage for surface water that is the result of something like rainfall and is not the result of an overflow of a nearby natural body of water.

You could buy used and potentially mistreated vehicles and have them painted and tuned up before putting them into service in the hopes that there won't be expensive repairs lurking beneath the surface (PS - there will eventually be a lemon which could potentially ruin your whole business).
