There are companies that rent furniture so you can tack that on to the rent if there is something in your area and you figure furnished would work.  

I wonder if this won't be a growth market for younger people who like not to be tied down, either to a house or a house full of furniture.

Though he really has no passion for building homes he does enjoy talking and looking at homes and does enjoy (or maybe he doesn’t but I make him) building furniture pieces for our home.

Did you just rent furniture?

The funds must be spent on fixtures to the home, such as things that are permanently attached to the home as opposed to furniture.

Also look at things that may be detractors, like the neighborhood, or awkward layout, or tight hallways that will make moving furniture difficult, etc.

I love seeing neighboring properties close to where I want to buy with bad photos, average mismatched furniture and decor yet well occupied calendars.

If you don't plan on hanging out at their office, why would you want to subsidize fancy offices, furniture, etc. for those that do?   

There will be a return at some point of the accumulated demand of people who were unable during the confinement to go out and buy furniture for their home, paint or repair their house or, on the industrial side, build structures and install the necessary equipment for the business.
