Social stability in China depends on economic growth, which is coming from exports.

It was listed as the # 2 retirement haven in 2008 for US & Canadian citizens by International living.I still recommend it as a real estate destination if the purchaser uses due diligence and caution and is represented by competent and ethical professionals.

At lease signing I require the names and Social Security numbers of ALL TENANTS.

I meet older people all the time that own nothing except their house and live on social security.
