Here's an excellent video in which Robert Reich (economic adviser to President Obama) and Charlie Rangel discuss using the Stimulus Money with social engineering in mind. They are talking about rebuilding the nations roads and bridges, but not using 'white construction workers' or 'professionals'. We certainly don't need professionals building bridges - do we? RIDICULOUS!
