@Marcus Johnson didn't you hear, Walz went on record a while ago saying COVID dosn't impact rioters (sorry, gathering WITHOUT permits, blocking roadways, smashing windows, burning buildings, hurling rocks and so on is NOT protests any more than chain-gangs are an "encouraged communal community improvement force" (see, I can word play too))BUT, apparently COVID hates Harleys because it "DOES" attack everyone at Sturgis......Seriously, why isn't there any news on how prejudice COVID is, it's selectively targeting people based on their political affiliations and hobbies apparently. 

Explain to her that the Aldermans office has called you and the neighbors and the community are not going to put up with things being this way whether eviction band or not so lets make this work.

I actually first started looking at investing in Little Rock, but switched to DFW because my friend that I’m planning on investing with is from the area, so we figured that would give us a slight leg up while we’re just getting started.

Being "right next" to the high school may shave off a little on the ARV if this means marching band practice every fall.

They have good deals and the guy working for them in Quebec is rock solid. 

In B and C class apartments it is one more thing that allows me to keep my vacancy really low as a lot of other owners don't allow pets.
