If my offer is rejected, can I submit again with higher amount, or do I have to wait until they relist again in case it doesn't get sold.Any help, suggestion, tip is greatly appreciated.ThanksKaus

I'm working on my first owner finance deal and am hoping the community can give me feedback on some numbers before I approach my seller with terms.My seller rejected a cash offer but is open to owner financing.

Lease Purchase Example- $100K Home w/ 10% down.I'd like to work close witht lenders and have them refer me there "top reject" prospects.

Toughen up, make a few offers and get some rejections behind you.

When the seller rejects, make another low ball offer with the previous clause removed. 

Does that person have individual authority to accept/reject an offer?  

I received an email from my Realtor saying the listing agent told her my offer is being reviewed and all others rejected.

Long story short, they expected you to fill out a new packet any time an offer was rejected.

The solution to buying properties and becoming successful is not found in books only, but in getting into the trenches and doing it.The fear of rejection and making mistakes are some of the factors preventing newbies from buying their first property. 

And really important - what are you using as acceptance / rejection criteria when screening for applicants?
