I received an email from my Realtor saying the listing agent told her my offer is being reviewed and all others rejected. What are the chances my offer gets accepted? It's been 3 days and no word.

@Maugno M. There is no timeline unless its in your agreement specifically. I have been in the situation many many times and you want to pull out your hair. You can either be patient and check in with you agent once a day or you can press the issue and give the agent a deadline for the sellers to make up their mind. I would give them a deadline and let them know that you have your eye on another property and dont want to lose out on that one while waiting for this one. It might be a little white lie but it may work and its not going to hurt anyone.
