@Stacey Manley  I would get permission from owners to get into contact with the tenant.  

The bank has given permission in writing to short sale.

"Notice" is not the same as "requesting permission to enter".

Instead of calling my agent and scheduling a viewing for the next day or later that day, I would simple look up the listing agent and get permission to enter the property via a phone call then enter the property then and there. 

My landlord is pet friendly, but only with prior permission of the landlord.

If Landlord grants permission, Tenant agrees to take precautions to prevent injury and also to maintain adequate insurance coverage.Note: By at least addressing this scenario in our property rules in this way, the tenant will be more likely to ask for permission before just going ahead and doing what they will.

@Mariusz Bojarczuk Give yourself permission to make some mistakes.  

You should not be going to speak with them until you own the place.As far as marketing, you don't want to market a property someone else owns without permission. 

The bank cannot talk to you without at least verbal permission from the owner.
