Thus the lack of experience begins to show along with lack of maturity when things go bad, they fail to respond to people and ignore them, with some not even finding out a property was lost at foreclosure.

Right now we are seeing land taking some decent hits (especially what your selling) as disposable income is down and a lot of this land really has no way to be built upon because it lacks any source of water.

I'm with InvestorFuse (which people say actually flows similar to Follow up boss but is more specific to off market investors).
