Hey Helen,Thank you I appreciate that, having that viewpoint from a contractor is very helpful.If the customer decides to order the material instead of having that included into the estimate, do you make sure they also purchase the necessary rough instructions material? 

I live in Durango, Colorado where i guide fly fishing and Instruct skiing.

My accountant gave me instruction for paying the amount:  Include Form 1040-V and a check or money order in the amount of $269.00, payable to     the "United States Treasury".

If the tenant is ok, google "magistrate court" "your city" to get instructions on how to evict.

The instructions I've found don't seem to work for me.

I have inquired to a few private lending businesses that provided some information on their lending instructions and practices.

@Gil NAFor CA business purpose loans I use a Note, Deed of Trust, Business purpose affidavit and closing instructions. 

I instruct the property manager to give 72-hour notice just to put the clock on.
