Hello fellow investors,We purchased of 10 acres land with mobile home in it few years back in 2012 in venus TX. close to Midlothian TX. 

I would make sure I am completely debt free, and mobile, so I can take a job offer wherever it may present itself.

Maybe I should make the neighbors mad and build a mobile home park, haha! 

Frank Rolfe who occasionally posts on Biggerpockets, and has been on the Biggerpockets podcast, (but for his mobile home park investing expertise) ran a very successful billboard business.

That is a big lie the Mobile Home property taxes are paid and are up to date to June 30th, 2020.

I've been blessed and cursed with acquiring a mobile home.

Purchase price: $155,000 Cash invested: $50,000 This is a 1975 mobile home but it has fantastic potential.

I manage mine from 4.5 hours away and would be happy to share insight, but essentially a strong housekeeper, local handyman and a working phone with mobile app capability is all I need to run our cabins.
