HELOC on a mobile home

I've been blessed and cursed with acquiring a mobile home. Just did an appraisal and the whole property is worth 75k in the appraiser's opinion. We own free and clear and now I'm wondering how we can get money out of this home in order to fund our next deals. So far I've run into walls since nobody wants to touch a mobile home with a ten foot stick but I'm sure there is a way to do something. Any thoughts?
