I wasn't sure of the exact best place to post this but thought I would try here.I am considering a 1031 Exchange into a fractional ownership investment set-up through a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) and am looking for any pros/cons or experiences in general from others who have invested in a DST.  

I just took over some Delaware County plow contracts from a friend who now lives in Chadds ford.

When I was just starting out, I formed a quick LLC in Delaware or Wyoming using one of the online LLC formation companies (LegalZoom, etc) - Making sure my registered agent is not myself and listed at my own home address.

I"de earn like maybe $100 or less as a mechanic at a tire shop.

Wilmington is where the main DE courthouse is so there are many attorneys and if things ever go to court it might be a good place to be?

@Daniel James - I believe that @Konstantinos Zaferatos is referring to Wilmington, North Carolina and not Delaware.
