Just bought a cute bungalow near downtown.

I mean, it could be a woman with a bad bf who had the locks changed (still not legal without permission) and we did see children's books outside on the porch so it seems there is a small child there. 

My farm house for example, has tons of cow/chicken/barn decorations that make it sooo cute but when I lived there full time it was more family pics less decor...same with the beach houses-we do some wacky fun things that make people feel like they are living the beach life, even if its just for a week. 

Also the manager might be a woman and could relate to you or your husband differently.

Hi, I have been a member to the site for a while but never really got involved, my bad :oops: I am a Realtor working for a new home builder in a very hot area of West Palm Beach and I don't mean hot because it is 90 degrees out.Anyway the area is called Loxahatchee/Royal Palm Beach, it is only a 10 min drive to West Palm Beach, cute mom & pop family village type of place with A+ schools, so people from other parts of the state are moving here to avoid the rat race and raise their children in a nice community with good schools and not far from civilization (shopping).
