If it is not being moved on it is usually 2 general reasons.1. clouded title IE.

Don't spend you money on this and do your research on Pathway Events and their bogus celebrity hosts (HGTV) before spending your money with them for naught.

I prefer flipping over keep and hold due to repair costs that creep up like AC failures or roof damage and so on. i seem to have a cloud over my head for AC failures.

Any option clouds title and kicks in the due on sale clause as well as any lease greater than 3 years.  

Got my contracts reviewed by a real estate attorney, etc. however I came across a company known as fortune builders that came and hosted a local 3 day event here in my city.
