They were just obviously bad with money management.Me being more knowledgeable and learning on this forum and doing multiple lawyer consults and more reading would I do it again NO especially with the judgments in the State of Texas it is difficult to collect on debt bc you can only garish wages for child support so Texas as a state holds a lot of debt.

Obviously I could mitigate possible house damage with a down-payment or something put in escrow - but is there any concern if a daycare child gets hurt that the parents could come after me as the deed holder.Beyond all that, I'd love any input on structuring a short term deal like this.
