Do you have to issue a w2 to a child employee that makes under $12,000??

Unless you are a legal guardian you have little to say in the case of a mentally ill adult child. 

This can be accomplished by creating individual LLCs for each or by creating "child series" within a series LLC.

We had our 1 year old there when we signed the first lease now my newborn is here and they knew I was pregnant .

They were just obviously bad with money management.Me being more knowledgeable and learning on this forum and doing multiple lawyer consults and more reading would I do it again NO especially with the judgments in the State of Texas it is difficult to collect on debt bc you can only garish wages for child support so Texas as a state holds a lot of debt. 

Grandson's adaption, if it complied with WA law, makes him legally the same as a natural born child as far as inheritance.   

After all, I don't really want any felons or child molesters at my place.  

Obviously I could mitigate possible house damage with a down-payment or something put in escrow - but is there any concern if a daycare child gets hurt that the parents could come after me as the deed holder.Beyond all that, I'd love any input on structuring a short term deal like this.
