The first thing I do when I come to BP is to review my alerts.Not related to the app, but I hate that I don't have the ability to give a thumbs up when opening the web browser of BP on any browsers on my ipad.  

(Examples show stain vs. priming, I just picked random links from the web.)Looking at 350 - 400k which is considered near the "higher-end" for Western Massachusetts.

If @Josh Carter finds his way to our web site, which I cant mention on a forum, then he can get to our calendar section, and it is posted there. 

Should I start a web site?

Hello All,  I spent the morning on a web conference involving Ifunding.  

A friend of mine up your way is in court right now since the Realtors and the Illinois Department of Professional Registration are objecting to her using the term "Property Manager"on her web site.

I already hired 2 different PM, but both PM did not take good pictures posting on web like zillow, Trulia....

I usually schedule appointments in short time slots over a 2-hour period on one day of the week, usually Saturday.  

My background is in television production and web production (hey maybe I'll make that work in Real Estate too).

She has a web site, Radio Show / Pod Cast, Educational events and one can ask her questions at least on her Radio show per Phone Or Email.
