Put some teams together with specific positions...analyzers, deal makers, money people, locators, etc.

When I come out… it is important…that all of the decision makers be there…. so I can come to an agreement to buy your house… Will all of the decision makers be there for the appointment?

With that being said, leasing is not a big money maker so most agents will ask for that 1 month's rent.
