Big businesses like Google, Uber, Apple, Facebook and Autodesk..even ARGO AI from Ford..have paved the way for Pittsburgh's tech makeover fueled by CMU's robotic, sciences and technological innovations.

Ironically, my PMP, which only costs me about $6000, has been far more valuable in my technology career than any of my degree studies.

If you figured in a percentage for vacancy factorrepairs & maint. reservecapital expenditures reservemy cash flow would be lower, but like I said I don't touch any of it as I don't need to right now in my career.You don't have to move either to get into other markets for better cash flow, as technology can take care of that with various services.

I enjoy all things technology related.

We rely too heavily on technology and lithmus tests when in reality, the best deals are made face to face with people who like another at some level.  

I'm also from Austin and currently work as the Director of Marketing and Technology for my brokerage while also being a real estate agent working with buyers, sellers, along with investors.

The technology that they use is a bit dated.  

With technology increasing substantially and people able to see those "invisible lines" on GIS websites they no longer care to see a hard copy of a survey or even care to ask where the property corners fall.
