I understand that that dangling cords are a concern, but what they did to the cord blinds was ridiculous:They knotted and tied up all the blinds in all those various knots.

My applicant showed a card that said service dog and picture of said dog on one said and a Q+A on the other side about what's a service dog, what laws apply to my business, etc..I'm assuming that a service dog is highly trained in the sense to help the person's disability like a guide dog leading a blind person.
