Seems like the upgrades in the past 5 years are worth while and now start thinking about how to market and increase sales!

Dont under price, will hamper your ability to maintain the property as well as make enough profit to make the venture worth while.3rd  don't ever let emotions get involved in this BUSINESS. 

What other specific observations do you have about the area, or neighborhoods that are worthwhile? 

They may also hold long enough that increased rents and property values will make it worthwhile eventually.I have watched those hot areas since 2010. 

I'm a little concerned I won't be able to make any worthwhile returns in real estate unless I build up a portfolio large enough to be considered its own full time job.

Even with management the returns are worthwhile.

Even though I'm not to the point of tapping into the group's marketing knowledge, it has definitely been a worthwhile experience. 

Would adding a partition in the basement be worthwhile?
