Plenty get paid or pulled before the sale...so I don't want to show up at the wrong county....Depending on the property and what it is I may drive by again the morning of the sale to make sure it is still there or I haven't missed anything...that I have the right property, etc....Then hope and pray about 30 minutes before the sale, that my competition has overslept, on vacation, at another county buying a piece of junk, or is out of money...and that I will be the winner that day.I'm sure there are a few steps missing, but that's the basics.
