Hey there! My name is Jeff Long,  I just signed up to bigger pockets . I'm from New Cumberland WV. We currently live in Columbiana OH. I work at a federal prison in Elkton OH. 

I've been investing in real estate for about 16 years . I have 30 rental properties and have flipped several homes. I really enjoy the flipping, however my goals have always been more about creating passive income . I'm interested in learning more about purchasing commercial properties.  

I've been married for 22 years! My wife Heather is a children's Pastor in Austintown OH at Crossroads Church.  I have 4 boys 19,17,14,and 12 . Was in the Marines 92-96
