That's just my 2 centsTesla blew that one out of the water with the model 3.. many bought  before they test drove them.. :) .. but I get it.I have a vendor in B ham that Is not a big promoter and does a great job... been doing business with him for 14 years now.very hands on.. and usually builds portfolio for his clients.. some have 20 to 50 homes with him..

@Alex SanfilippoThe model you are describing - leasing by the room (I doubt you can legally lease by the bed, nor would you want to) - sounds like a rooming house/complex ... regardless of the fact it is a condominium complex.If this is an existing operation and you are merely taking over management, I presume it is in compliance with zoning - i.e. it is a sanctioned rooming house.

This model has worked very well, for me as I have had my renters in my homes for between 5 and 8 years, and have been lucky to continue to collect rents thru the summer.One thing that I believe new investors seem to miss about the TK system is if you have received solid answers and a few good references (especially from investors with multiple properties) you either trust them or you don't.
