I don’t know anything about it but I will share I took a helicopter tour over the Vegas strip 12/16/17 and there was a container mall down by Fremont Street that caught my eye.

Out of area people come in and buy, repair, fill with tenants, put some PM in place and then start the bus tours.

A little background - I make around $760/month working for a realtor (I give house tours and such). 

I am going to a house tour an estate sale tomorrow in a good neighborhood near the Philadelphia suburbs.

@Ditron Corker I just had an account follow me on instagram, his work looks pretty good plus he does both 2D and 3D floor plans, along with virtual tours which is HUGE.

One time I got to attend a bus tour for free because I was a volunteer while members had to pay $500 for the tour.  

I'm touring it Friday.

Three years ago I went on a three week bicycle tour and basically ran my property management business from my I-pad and cell phone.  

@ Jd Martin, I usually pre-screen them over the phone or when touring the property about the pre-qualifications which are: (1) Make at least 3x rent (2) decent credit score (3) Clean background and  no prior evictions. 

But it rather depends on how flexible your work is because it is time intensive to educate yourself, to network with investors, to network with brokers, to underwrite deals, to do property tours, to do due diligence, to manage contractors/property manager, etc.
