like, I really dont want to have to deal with a ton of properties, like a lot of you say, it sounds like a pain in the ***, for such little return, I might as well look somewhere else.

It'll be a pain to set up all the auto pays all over again, but clearly seeing what will be used for business or personal expenses will be a blessing I think.

Going through two agents (seller/buyer) is a real pain when you are trying to negotiate with a seller and leaves plenty of room for miscommunication.

Moving is such a pain.
