You want an accountant who can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the tax consequences of the financial decisions you are making throughout the year.Good luck.

I have submitted a rebuttal and will see what happens. i am honestly not that optimistic but based on some responses on this post, it is not impossible.

They either do not get a response or they are given the run around.

Be sure to spell out in your leases if you do go this route who is responsible for repairs to this type of damage.

This is our first time renting out our home on Furnished Finder/AirBnB so we would appreciate getting off to a solid start with the proper lease and ownership structure such as a new LLC for the property.

It was about 20 feet down in the front yard, so that's  a pretty deep trench and someone had to go down there and clean out 3 weeks of tenant solids before they were able to replace it with PVC.

This experience highlighted the importance of flexibility and quick response to unexpected issues in real estate investments.

While the system is great, my response rate is terrible.
