Is the seller finance option usually for used homes being resold or is this option available for new homes as well?

Usually STR houses are nicer and have higher appreciation, so as long as it pays for itself and then some, I'm good, cause it's sitting there going up in value. 

Usually, if you're dealing with the county (outside major cities) it's easier from a zoning perspective. 

It could be any side-hustle you want just as long as you like it and your able to save some extra $$$.2.

They usually just find minor items, under 200 bux.

Then when you pay your mortgage every month to your mortgage servicer there is a field you can add extra every month for your escrow. that way the next year your escrow account will not have to double up to catch up.
