Before showing I like to get the cleaners through it and perform all scheduled maintenance so I can get the highest quality tenant in there.

They have local "recommended" cleaners who can act as the local contact as well (ours does). 

I find that most normal home office shredders are just not heavy duty enough long term.The best part is my desk has never looked cleaner and I can now run reports and find receipts in seconds.It’s almost life-changing.Jeff

Putting STNL is often cleaner as one tenant before construction starts.

You have to establish new contacts, a new team, new cleaners, new handymen, new etc...  

Nothing worse than being ready to list a house but the cleaner is out of town until next week.

I use to sell those Kirby vacuum cleaners and I worked for Brandon Ford in Tampa Florida as a car salesman (I know, they have bad reputations).

The body was in there three days and it stunk it up, but they had it professionally cleaned by one of those dead-body-cleaner-upper-after companies.

Hire an STR photog (you can find them on Airbnb if you want), build your listings on Airbnb and VRBO, and find a cleaner that specialize in STRs (local STR facebook groups are best for this.
