Every rough opening is marked for size and swing.I see your in Wisconsin which probably has different rates but if you're on-site already trimming out an entire house with base, cabinets, counters, doors, tile, etc you'd be charging $75/$100 door?

It's an apartment in a 6 unit condo in Dallas TX, I'm thinking of a buy and hold but we  want to live there for a year or so and then rent it so I can keep investing in other properties, the thing is today I don't have enough credit history (W2, tax returns, etc) so is very difficult to go and ask for a mortgage (I bought it cash).Now the fun part begins, it needs a LOT of TLC because it was built in the 1959 and I want to remodel both bathrooms (ugly pink tile and very small shower), kitchen (open space, new cabinets, appliances and floor).

Specifics:2000 sq ft4 br 2baNeeds;All new appliances, including a furnacePossible layout changes (move a wall or two)New electrical and plumbingAll new drywall, floors, fixtures, doors, cabinets, countertops, etc...Not looking at anything custom, but a standard finish.Roof and siding are newer and may just need some minor repairs.Any ball park figures?

The living room is on the other side.An industrial sized Corn Flakes box covering a 12" hole in the ceiling since 2011.Kitchen demo revealed huge openings behind the cabinets where the critters had been living.The highway to heaven. multiple openings into the crawl space.The electrical needed some serious help.
