I have some buyers actually looking to buy something on some land and build a couple small units and turn into a bed and breakfast.

I do have extra sheets, but she always just does all the laundry and remakes the beds while she cleans the house.

You will not get every deal from the people you tell that to but the ones you do get will be much easier to get across the finish line because every knows what is going on. 

The city put out dumpsters and the first thing was to cut the drywall above the wet line (in my case 4 ft) and break out the wet drywall and toss it

I already have a feeling that most of the comments are going to swim around the lines of, "Focus on school first" or "Learn as much as you can while you're young."

who pays for utilities,, if electric is separate,, let the tenant pay the cost of the stove..More units have electric stoves than gas in just about every apartment complex. because gas lines cost more to install and tenant usually always pays electric. 

We have 2 beds in one bedroom, one bed in the other bedroom and 2 sofas in the living room.
