In fact, the finish on Engineered Flooring is not any different from Laminate, it's the same high silica wear surface, just on a plywood veneer instead of a harder, more durable high pressure laminate layer on fiberboard.

Daniel, great point, this really places a twist on the whole transaction, 203k is not going to be a great avenue on the surface level, it is really designated for owner-occupant, now with that out of the way.

Theres other solutions such as filling the cracks as well as floating the entire surface with a thin layer of epoxy concrete, but unfortunately that too is only a temporary fix.
