The home is about 1 block to the beach...About 300 people, most of which have lived there their entire lives and  are retired, still believe it still is an old PG&E plant that went off line many years back. 

Additionally, you must cover the cost of housing for the tenant while the deleading work is being done.

I live in Albuquerque and 6565 Americas Parkway NE, Suite 200 is a Regus virtual office.Also $10,000 to $30,000 is a significant chunk of money.

The best markets have been saturated for years (Airbnb/STR got way to trendy) and locals tend to hate them so additional LTR units will be welcomed. 

I have a new tenant who is ready to move-in and live with them/or make them vacate.

Additionally, if an architect has what’s called an NCARB certification, they can obtain their license in other states to expand coverage areas and take on similar projects in new locations.  

I live in California but looking to invest in Lehigh Acres with a new build Duplex.

I'm interested in areas where tenants want to live rather than the push for high cashflow. price point between $100K to $250K.
