I recently had to upgrade the service and panels on a six unit I purchased in Cicero even though the existing panels were 100 amp.

I have spoken on panels at REIA groups with them a few times.they have a non recourse product for foreigners they sell the paper to insurance companies and they take on other brokers..

In some of them it's a fabric panel you have to replace or wash; in some of them it's more like the lint filter on a dryer (a plastic or wire mesh) that you just scrape off/wash off and reinstall. 

For gas and electrical meters, I have only had to install one new electric service/panel on my property in South Bend, IN.

I can't remember the ignorant politician or bureaucrat who made the comment that coal miners and people who work in industries such as fracking would simply shift over to making solar panels hahahaha.

Is there a way to have the solar panel company release the lien without releasing the person that actually agreed to the solar panels in the first place?

The work involved replacing all the old meter fittings (won't fit new smart meters) and installing new panels inside.

And before you answer that, let me just say that our contract specifies solid wood doors throughout the house and he charged us $400 for the "upgrade" to solid wood when he had initially ordered the hollow panel.
