I currently own one rental, but I’m looking to gain some knowledge to buy more homes and gain cash flowing properties.I’m just starting out on the subject matter but I’m looking forward to learning.

The assets are subject to the same rules and restrictions as stocks purchased in a 401(k).

Seeing as I have little to no knowledge on the subject, I respect your advice.

Or, assuming the seller has a large mortgage, be able to convince him to allow a subject to.

I find that when it's a subject I'm passionate about, it's a lot less scary.

Hey BP, I have a "subject to" deal that I'm trying to get wrapped up in the next week in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

We deal with flaky buyers frequently, and I'd rather find out early in the process than days before closing.
