I have a construction background, we have 2 full time carpenters, my partner is a master electrician, so we always have a full electrical crew, and a couple of guys I work with at the fire department work part time doing general maintenance, painting, etc. building the infrastructure of the company and all of the equipment is the key to being able to deliver promptly, consistently, efficiently, and the ability to do so where your pricing is reasonable enough where you are referred often.

No, chances are you may need an upgrade, you can not get inspections without a permit to do the work. do not use that electrician if he is telling you that, you want it all inspected right to make sure they are doing the work right.

Some cases you may be able to share but even my electricians and plumbers tell me not to go there as new laws on having separate utilities even for owner occupied.
