I've been trying to find a team to invest with for years now and I think I found the platform to find a team or do it on my own with some creative financing. 

Some of them seem dated and there doesn't seem to be a platform to hear reviews from past students and their experiences with the course.

I've also been using the weekends to head over there to walk the neighborhoods and chat with people to see who is living where, what types of people lives in each, and who I could expect to market the rentals to when ready. 

I also own a tract-built, platform-framed brick-veneer townhouse condo built cheaply in the 1970s for ignorant trash with pretensions, and it has 2x4 ceiling joists and a truss-filled attic I wouldn't dare try to turn into living space.
