Hello investors,After studying real estate investing for a year, I want to take the first step and I’m thinking of virtual wholesaling for a start. 

Should I ask if we could do a virtual tour of the property if they would be in agreement?

It's been a mixture of in-person and virtual meetings.

I know how to get you "in" a property virtually to get you a better idea of what you're looking at.

Are there live events going on in that virtual world? 

I will add the facebook group and be looking out for the next meetup (virtual or otherwise) when I return. 

What’s a good market to choose from to virtually wholesale?

Hi Karsen,There's virtually no reason to save up 20% down for a SFR you will owner occupy.Let's suppose the choice is 5% down today with a 720 FICO, versus 20% down in 4 years after you've saved up 20%.

Are there any virtual meetups i can attend?

I know there are specifically for SD, not sure where you are but most investors are from California so I guarantee there is one nearby plus they are all virtual now anyway.
