Partner Virtual Wholesaling

Hello investors,

After studying real estate investing for a year, I want to take the first step and I’m thinking of virtual wholesaling for a start. 
I would like to start with a partner (someone experienced or someone new) : deciding on a market together, finding buyers together, finding motivated sellers together and sharing the profit. 
I’m not looking for a big profit, just for an experience.

If someone is afraid of virtual wholesaling on his own, let’s partner up!
