What is lacking in these programs is a broad based scope, real estate law, market analysis, financial analysis, property management, differentiation between types of real property, market segmentation, study of real estate cycles, and of course the attributes, personality, knowledge, intellect, mathematical skill, research ability, social skills, etc. of the individual which will determine which aspect of the real estate industry he or she would have the best chance of finding success in, or if he or she should be in the real estate investing field at all.
