Take this with a grain of salt as I am a buy and hold investor and use the mls/realtor :)I have found that lots of things drive people other than money.

Take that article with a grain of salt and know there was a lot of hours put into the investigation.

Salt would be extra.

Even I am local...Knowing Vacasa as deeply as I do the above opinion should be taken with a grain of salt.

Matt R. every desalination plant currently under construction is either using existing salt water discharge facilities or has had the discharge approved years ago.

I am up in Salt Lake and will certainly be needing some insurance guidance hopefully by the end of the year. 

Take all of this with a big grain of salt-- I'm not usually in a salon more than once or twice a year!

@Dalton Skach If they want "market value", my best advice would be to take any talk of future ANTICIPATED appreciation with very big grain of salt ie.

My favorite 3rd party service is Redfin since they are as close to a real time MLS as you can find, but they aren't in all locations.Zillow is a fine way to browse properties for sale, just take all their Zestimates with a grain of salt.
